You don't need a Twitter account to access our updates, just head on over to our www.twitter.com/bluestarHQ on any device. Our Twitter updates also feed directly through to our website homepage.
Why? To provide you, our customers, with a clear and chronological feed of real time information to help you to plan your journey.
Our team of dedicated customer service advisors and controllers will continue to monitor the situation on route, feeding the latest information back to you live via Twitter - your one stop travel shop for updates from the road.
We’ll also continue to share important information on our website under ‘Travel Updates’. Here you will find updates on major disruptions, diversions and road works in more detail, as provided by our knowledgeable operations team – look out for this information also flagged on affected routes and timetables.
