The New Forest offers a perfect escape throughout the year. You can explore the ancient forest by bus and all it's wildlife in the likes of Brockenhurst, visit old country pubs in Lyndhurst and wander around the cobbled seaside town of Lymington. A number of our buses will take you to the heart of our local national park.

Hythe

Hop on the Bluestar 8/9 to get to Hythe. Home to the oldest working pier train in the world! You can also relax and enjoy some of the pubs and restaurants along the High Street and in Hythe Marina.

During the summer months you can connect with the New Forest Tour and Beach Bus outside Hythe ferry terminal.

Lyndhurst

Lyndhurst is a picturesque village, with pubs, tea houses and eateries where you can sample good old pub grub, a traditional cream tea and delicious ice creams.

There are also plenty of boutique shops for you to wander in and out of along your way.

Keep an eye out for the local donkeys and ponies making their way through the streets too! You can get to Lyndhurst on the Bluestar 6.

Lymington

Visit the market town of Lymington, located on the edge of the Lymington Estuary the town has a very nautical feel!

Wander through the local salt marshes and enjoy the coastal scenary and wildlife before enjoying some traditional fish and chips in the marina.

Saturday is market day in Lymington and it really brings the High Street to life! Get to Lymington on the Bluestar 6.

New Forest Tour

The New Forest Tour is finished for 2016, but will be back again throughout the summer months of 2017.

When in operation you can connect in Lymington to the New Forest Tour, and hop on either the Green or Blue Route in the High Street and visit the likes of Hurst Castle, Exbury Gardens or Beaulieu Motor Muesum.
